Positive: the overall stay was amazing right by the beach plenty of places to walk for food and even a nature walk reserve right across from the building. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning crew was amazing and even the security guard was super sweet & explained to us where to find the vending machines Etc. Also the maintenance guy! We had a slight issue with the shower door being off track and he was there in like 2 minutes! ❤️
Negative: our first night checking in! the customer service clerk working that night didn't explain much of anything to us, didn't explain that the code to get to our building was on the back of our parking pass or how to get to our room. Also the bathroom door I feel like if it swung out instead of in it would be easier to access.
